Shipping Costs
All shipping costs will be covered by you. Detailed shipping charges will be calculated based on your delivery location, as well as the weight and dimensions of the package(s). We will select the most suitable shipping carrier, which may include China Post-EMS/CPacket, FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, or other carriers not explicitly listed here. We reserve the right to choose shipping carriers at our discretion. Please note that you cannot select shipping carriers directly.
- Parcels have a weight limit of 0~2kg.

If the weight of your shopping cart exceeds 2kg, a message will appear at checkout indicating that delivery is not supported.
- To order items totaling more than 2kg, please split your items into multiple orders.
- The following price guide is for reference only. For exact shipping costs, please refer to the amount displayed at checkout.

Order Processing and Shipping
- Pre-Sale Items: All items are pre-sale and typically include estimated shipping times on their respective product pages. Please review these timelines carefully before placing your order.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 150 days upon receiving the order confirmation. Notifications will be sent via email once your package has been shipped.
Multiple Shipments
For logistical reasons, orders may be split into multiple shipments, each with a unique tracking number. Delivery times for these packages may vary. Please track each package individually and contact us with any concerns.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as disruptions in international logistics. You can use the provided tracking number for updates or consult your local postal service.
Returned Packages
Packages may be returned to our warehouse due to the following:
• Customs clearance issues.
• Incorrect delivery addresses or unclaimed parcels.
• Refusal to pay customs fees or accept the package.
If a package is returned, we will contact you to arrange a resolution. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order may be canceled.
We are not responsible for:
• Shipping costs for returned packages caused by customer-related issues.
• Loss or damage to returned items in transit.
For repeated returns caused by refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect addresses, or other customer actions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and impose a fee.
Missing Packages
- Carrier Responsibility: Once shipped, packages are managed by the carrier. For compensation or inquiries, contact the carrier directly.
- Customer Assistance: If a package is delayed, please contact the local carrier. Email us at goodsgoodsservice@bluepoch.com within 45 days of the shipping date, including your name and order number, for additional support.
- Delivery Confirmation: We will not be responsible for, nor provide compensation for, packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
- Customer Responsibility: We are not liable for missing packages due to refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or other customer-related reasons.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
Please familiarize yourself with your local customs polocies, International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. Customers are responsible for covering these charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
If you choose to request a refund due to customs fees, the item(s) will be returned to us. However, all shipping costs are noncompensated.
Order Submission Agreement
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the trading rules, privacy policies, and all terms and conditions associated with this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery methods for goods or services, after-sales service policies, and related provisions.
